For paid Portal AI services:

• You'll pay the prices shown when you sign up

• Payments are due when we send the bill
• We may stop service if you don't pay
• You can cancel anytime, but we don't give refunds for partial months

We try to keep Portal AI running 24/7, but sometimes we need to:

• Fix problems that come up
• Add new features

We'll try to let you know ahead of time when we need to take Portal AI offline.

You can stop using Portal AI anytime by:

• Canceling your account
• Emailing us at support@actn.xyz

We may stop providing service if you:

• Don't pay your bills
• Use Portal AI in harmful ways

When service ends, you have 30 days to download your data.

We work hard to make Portal AI great, but we can't promise it will be perfect. We're not responsible for:

• Lost profits or business if Portal AI has problems
• Data loss (though we do backups)
• Problems caused by your internet or computer
• How you use the information Portal AI finds

Our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms sometimes. When we do:

• We'll post the new terms on this page
• We'll update the "Last updated" date
• We'll email you about big changes

If you keep using Portal AI after we change the terms, that means you agree to the new terms.
